Return Policy

Auraynia Returns and Exchanges

At Auraynia, we want you to shop with complete confidence. That’s why we offer a straightforward, no-questions-asked return policy. Our goal is to make your experience as clear and transparent as possible.

General Return Policy

You can initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • For Demifine and Gold Products, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method, subject to review and approval.
  • Sale Items: Items sold at a discounted or strike-through price are subject to review and approval. However, items from clearance sales are final and cannot be returned.

Return Conditions

For a return to be processed smoothly, please ensure the following:

  • The items must be unused with their original packaging and tags still attached.
  • An unboxing video is required for any claims regarding missing items. The video must show the package being opened from its sealed state.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at auraynia@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your Auraynia Order ID (which begins with #PMXXXX)
  • Your Contact Number
  • A list of the items you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return.
  • At least two images of the item(s) you are returning.
  • Your preferred pickup address and date.
  • Your chosen refund method (original payment method, or UPI/bank account details for COD orders).

Refunds

Once your returned items are picked up and verified, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will be sent to your original payment method.
  • COD Orders: The refund will be sent to the UPI or bank account you provide.

Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 10 days of delivery if you encounter one of the following issues:

  • Damaged Item: Exchange for the same item, subject to review and approval.
  • Wrong Item Received: Exchange for the correct item, subject to review and approval.

If the exact item is unavailable, our team will help you find a close alternative or process a refund.

How to Initiate an Exchange

To start an exchange, please email us at auraynia@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your Auraynia Order ID (which begins with #XXXX)
  • Your Contact Number
  • A list of the items you wish to exchange.
  • The reason for the exchange.
  • At least two images of the item(s) you are exchanging.
  • Your preferred pickup address and date.
  • Whether you want to exchange for the same item or a different size/color.

Additional Conditions for Sale Items:

For items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price, only size exchange (if applicable) is permitted, subject to availability and approval.
In cases where partial damage is reported and approved after review, a maximum of up to 50% of the product value may be refunded, based on the extent of the issue.
Returns/refunds for sale items remain strictly subject to quality check and approval.
