Auraynia Returns and Exchanges

At Auraynia, we want you to shop with complete confidence. That’s why we offer a straightforward, no-questions-asked return policy. Our goal is to make your experience as clear and transparent as possible.

General Return Policy

You can initiate a return request within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • For Demifine, Gold, and Lab-Grown Diamonds (LGD): Products are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Sale Items: Items sold at a discounted or strike-through price (without a coupon) can be returned. However, items from "Goodbye" or clearance sales are final and cannot be returned.
  • Promotional Offers: Products purchased as part of a "Buy 1 Get 1" or similar offer are eligible for a refund to your Auraynia Wallet.

Return Conditions

For a return to be processed smoothly, please ensure the following:

  • The items must be unused with their original packaging and tags still attached.
  • An unboxing video is required for any claims regarding missing items. The video must show the package being opened from its sealed state.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at auraynia@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your Auraynia Order ID (which begins with #PMXXXX)
  • Your Contact Number
  • A list of the items you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return.
  • At least two images of the item(s) you are returning.
  • Your preferred pickup address and date.
  • Your chosen refund method (original payment method, or UPI/bank account details for COD orders).

Refunds

Once your returned items are picked up and verified, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will be sent to your original payment method.
  • COD Orders: The refund will be sent to the UPI or bank account you provide.

Lab-Grown Diamond (LGD) Policy

  • LGD products can only be exchanged for other LGD items.
  • If you choose to exchange an LGD item for a Demifine product, the value of the new item must be equal to or greater than the original LGD item. Any remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 10 days of delivery if you encounter one of the following issues:

  • Damaged Item: Exchange for the same item.
  • Wrong Item Received: Exchange for the correct item.
  • Size Issue: Exchange for the correct size of the same variant.

If the exact item is unavailable, our team will help you find a close alternative or process a refund.

  • Your Auraynia Order ID (which begins with #XXXX)
  • Your Contact Number
  • A list of the items you wish to exchange.
  • The reason for the exchange.
  • At least two images of the item(s) you are exchanging.
  • Your preferred pickup address and date.
  • Whether you want to exchange for the same item or a different size/color.
